Kristin Bolton is Senior Vice President and Manager of the Strategic Market Services (SMS) division of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. She believes there is a need to streamline and lessen the complications associated with managing commercial real estate projects – whether one site or hundreds of sites – across the country. Kristin also believes that there are solutions for clients requiring title information and recording in all jurisdictions – but not always title policies. The SMS division is designed to provide this seamlessly for its customers.

Kristin is a board member for Voices for Virginia’s Children and Do Rights Incorporated (Juvenile Diabetes) and a prior member of the Family Lifeline board and the American Heart Association Heart Walk Executive Leadership team. She has a B.A. in Political Science/International Relations from UC Santa Barbara and a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to joining the title industry in 2003, Kristin spent twelve years in commercial banking.
